There is conflict in all organisations and learning the skills to handle difficult situations effectively is necessary to ensure productive working relationships. Conversely, the inability to manage conflict constructively is a major contributor to staff retention and interferes with individual and organisational performance.
This course will provide you with the opportunity to develop strategies to positively respond to situations that cause conflict in the workplace. It offers practical skills to identify potential conflict and to resolve such conflicts constructively.
